Muthu Kumar
A disciple of Tabla Legends Ustad Alla Rakha and Ustad Zakir hussain, Muthu Kumar is one of the most sought after tabla players/ Percussionists in Bangalore today. He has travelled around the world many times and played on many prestigious stages. He has accompanied many great musicians from musical genres as varied as Jazz, Bhajan, Indian Classical, Ghazal and Fusion to name a few and is the founder of Mystik Vibes and Layaa Productions.
Priya Kalyanpur
Priya is one of the most experienced and patient gurus at Rhythm shala. She first studied under the great tabla maestro Pandit Sadanand Naimpali in Mumbai and has been a senior student of Shri Muthu Kumar for many years now. Apart from being actively involed in the music scene in Bangalore, she has given workshops and performances in many countries abroad like USA and Poland.
